C-C Bond Forming Reagents
The formation of carbon carbon bond is the key reaction of organic synthesis to construct the carbon skeleton of organic molecules.?Aladdin provides many reagents for the formation of carbon carbon bonds according to the selection of biocatalytic C-C bond formation reactions studied.?In most cases, these reactions produce products functionalized at the C – C bond formation site (e.g,?α-?Hydroxyl ketones, amino alcohols, diols, 1,4-diketones, etc.), or allow modification of aromatic and heteroaromatic molecules.?In addition, Aladdin also gave various reagents leading to the cyclization of (non) natural precursors of saturated carbon rings and the stereoselective cyclopropanization of olefins producing cyclopropane.?Although many tools and reagents are already available, Aladdin also provides a broader set of enzymes to perform specific C-C coupling reactions.?Of course, different types of reactions need a large library of variants so that they have the specific enzymes for specific (stereoselective) reactions at hand. Aladdin is also constantly supplementing the library of variants at hand to support a large number of work from scientists.
