生化机理 Gut hormone that inhibits both secretin and cholecystokinin-stimulated pancreatic secretion. Endogenous nonselective agonist at NPY receptors. Human peptide YY (PYY) has a role in food ingestion, gut motility and insulin secretion. The protein suppresses appetite. It has been associated with obesity and type 2 diabetes. PYY also has a role in energy homeostasis.
