#Wnt信号通路

? ? ? Wnt通路参与基因表达、细胞行为、细胞粘附和细胞极性的调控,以及促进多能性。Wnt信号通路至少有三个分支:1)Catenin通路(经典的Wnt通途径路);2)平面细胞极性通路;3)Wnt/Ca2+。后两种可分为非经典Wnt通路。
