产品介绍： Super Page GelstainRedTM核酸染料是一种专门染色Acrylamide凝胶DNA的无毒、无诱变性的红色核酸染料。可以使用配置了EB滤光器的254 nm紫外透射仪呈像。使用商业化的DNA凝胶提取试剂盒、或者采用酚/氯仿抽提法、乙醇沉淀法等可以有效去除与DNA结合的Super Page GelstainRedTM核酸染料。Super Page GelstainRedTM核酸染料染色dsDNA的灵敏度是RNA的6-8倍。 注意事项： 1. 使用前请将产品瞬时离心至管底，再进行后续实验。 2. 为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。 应用范围： 核酸凝胶电泳中核酸样品染色 Product introduction： Super page gelsteinredtm nucleic acid dye is a non-toxic, non mutagenic red nucleic acid dye that specifically stains acrylamide gel DNA. A 254 nm UV transilluminator equipped with an EB filter can be used for imaging. The commercial DNA gel extraction kit, phenol / chloroform extraction method and ethanol precipitation method can effectively remove the super page gelsteinredtm nucleic acid dye bound to DNA. The sensitivity of super page gelsteinredtm nucleic acid dye to stain dsDNA is 6-8 times that of RNA.
