LRRK2 ihnibitors are being developed as potential disease-modifying agents as therapeutics for Parkinson's disease.
临床描述	The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of multiple oral doses of DNL201 in subjects with Parkinson's disease. This is a Phase 1, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, single- and multiple-ascending oral dose study conducted in three parts.
