评价	Dapsone is a sulfonamide-related antibacterial, antimalarial and anti-inflammatory drug. In bacteria it inhibits dihydropteroate synthase-mediated production of folic acid, which has the effect of disrupting the availability of thymidylate for DNA synthesis.
