产品介绍	产品描述：阿那白滞素，又称重组人白细胞介素1受体拮抗剂(recombinant human interleukin-1 receptor antagonist,rhIL-1ra)是我国研制开发的治疗用生物制品新药。IL-1ra是通过DNA重组技术,利用大肠杆菌(E. coli)生产的一种蛋白质。IL-1ra特异性的与IL-1受体结合，可阻断IL-1与受体结合，从而阻断由IL-1介导的炎症反应，减轻由于免疫应答、感染、炎症反应等引起的组织损伤。组人白细胞介素-1受体拮抗剂主要用于治疗一种或多种改善病情治疗无效的中度至重度活动性类风湿关节炎，或合用甲氨蝶呤治疗对单用本品或TNF阻滞剂治疗无效的中至重度活动性类风湿性关节炎，也可以用于冷吡啉相关周期性综合征和儿童与成人的早发性多系统炎症性疾病（NOMID）的治疗。 IL1RA , also known as recombinant human interleukin-1 receptor antagonist , is a new drug of therapeutic biological products developed in our country.It is a protein produced by Escherichia coli (E. coli) using recombinant DNA technology.? IL1RA specifically binds to the IL-1 receptor, which can block the binding of IL-1 to the receptor, thus blocking the inflammatory response mediated by IL-1, and reducing tissue damage caused by immune response, infection and inflammatory response. Group 1 Human interleukin-1 receptor antagonists are mainly used for the treatment of moderate to severe active rheumatoid arthritis that is unresponsive to one or more improvement therapies, or in combination with methotrexate for moderate to severe active rheumatoid arthritis that is unresponsive to this product or TNF blockers alone. It can also be used for the treatment of cryopyrine-associated periodic syndrome and early-onset multisystem inflammatory disease (NOMID) in children and adults.?
