本品系重组酵母菌表达、经多步分离纯化，再经 0.22μm 滤膜过滤除菌后冷冻干燥而制成的冻干粉。

1.避免在高温环境长时间存放；操作过程中应避免污染。
2.仅供研究使用，不得用于动物或人类的诊断或治疗。
生物活性验证方法：利用 IGF-1 对人乳腺癌细胞株 MCF-7 的刺激作用，测定其生物学活性。

Function

The insulin-like growth factors, isolated from plasma, are structurally and functionally related to insulin but have a much higher growth-promoting activity. May be a physiological regulator of [1-14C]-2-deoxy-D-glucose (2DG) transport and glycogen synthesis in osteoblasts. Stimulates glucose transport in rat bone-derived osteoblastic (PyMS) cells and is effective at much lower concentrations than insulin, not only regarding glycogen and DNA synthesis but also with regard to enhancing glucose uptake.

IGF-1 is a peptide growth factor that promotes mitosis, and stimulates the proliferation and survival of various cells such as muscle, bone, and cartilage in vitro. IGF-1 can bind to IGF-1R, IGF-2R and insulin receptors, wake up a variety of signaling pathways, and participate in cell proliferation, differentiation, survival, growth, apoptosis and regeneration. Recombinant human insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1) consists of 70 amino acids and is a bioactive protein used in cell culture.

This lyophilized powder is made of recombinant yeast expression, multi-step separation and purification, and then 0.22μm membrane filter sterilization and freeze-drying.
