产品介绍： 本产品由15-150 kDa的9个高度纯化的红、蓝预染蛋白质组成，条带分子量分别为15 kDa、20 kDa、25 kDa、35 kDa、40 kDa、50 kDa、70 kDa、100 kDa和150 kDa，其中25 kDa和70 kDa条带为红色，其余7条为蓝色。 本产品分子量精准，条带锐利，颜色牢固，性能稳定。 注意事项： 1. 切勿加热煮沸； 2. 预染蛋白质分子量标准仅用于分子量的近似参考，批次间差异约为5%； 3. 本品含多种化学成分，勿吞食，避免和眼睛皮肤接触； 4. 在低浓度凝胶上，低分子量条带将会与前沿共迁移而无法分出； 5. 预染蛋白质在不同缓冲液的SDS-PAGE凝胶体系中的迁移率会有所差别。不同凝胶和缓冲液系统中，本产品的迁移率可使用非预染蛋白质标准加以校正，按校正后的结果正常使用。 应用范围： 蛋白Maker Product introduction： This product is composed of 9 highly purified red and blpre stained proteins with a molecular weight of 15-150 kDa. The bands are 15 kDa, 20 kDa, 25 kDa, 35 kDa, 40 kDa, 50 kDa, 70 kDa, 100 kDa and 150 kDa respectively. The 25 kDa and 70 kDa bands are red, and the remaining 7 bands are blue. This product has accurate molecular weight, sharp bands, firm color and stable performance. Matters needing attention： 1. do not heat and boil; 2. the pre stained protein molecular weight standard is only used for approximate reference of molecular weight, and the difference between batches is about 5%; 3. this product contains a variety of chemical components. Do not swallow it and avoid contact with eyes and skin; 4. on the low concentration gel, the low molecular weight band will co migrate with the leading edge and cannot be separated; 5. the mobility of pre stained proteins in SDS-PAGE gel systems with different buffers will be different. In different gel and buffer systems, the mobility of this product can be corrected using non pre stained protein standards, and it can be used normally according to the corrected results.
