The enantiomer, (?)-PSI Reagent, is also available (cat#ALD00602).The PSI Reagents open access to thiophosphate-based nucleotide molecules with therapeutic promise as demonstrated by theBaranlab in the preparation of pure stereoisomers of cyclic dinucleotides (CDNs) and antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs). |
