此系列产品为无表面基团上转换纳米颗粒，材料组成为NaYREF4 (RE:Yb, Er, Tm, Gd, Mn, Lu)，最佳激发波长为975 nm。敏化离子为Yb3+，激活离子为Er3+或Tm3+。通过调节各离子掺杂浓度，产品在特定波长的发光已得到优化。纳米颗粒经稀盐酸处理，已除去吸附在表面的油酸，所以可以直接分散在水合酒精等溶剂中。产品粒径均一，发光量子效率高，光稳定性好。经过表面改性后，该系列产品可用于荧光成像、生物检测、光动力疗法，以及抗癌药物和生物分子的光控远程释放等。 This series of products contains ligand-free NaYREF4 (RE:Yb, Er, Tm, Gd, Mn, Lu) UCNs with optimal excitation wavelength at 975 nm.
