产品介绍： 该产品为进口胎牛血清分装，从血液采集到无菌过滤，全程采用一次性无菌闭环加工模式，确保最终产品具有低内毒素和血红蛋白。本产品经过过滤除菌，pH值、渗透压、血红蛋白浓度、总蛋白、总IgG、内毒素等多项指标检测合格，无细菌、支原体、生物化学污染，具有高质量和稳定性，适用于娇贵细胞培养。 本品的原料全部经过牛病毒性腹泻（BVD）初检，检测结果是保证最佳质量和产品批次选择的重要依据。这一检测过程是本产品的独特之处，满足对原材料病毒含量有严格要求的客户需求。 注意事项： 1. 血清解冻后应尽快用完，尽量避免反复冻融；如果不能短期内使用完毕，解冻后请适当分装。血清结冰时体积会增加约10%，因此在分装血清时须使分装瓶预留一定体积空间，否则易导致分装瓶冻裂而发生污染。 2. 血清解冻时应将血清从-15~-40℃的低温冰箱中取出放入4℃冰箱解冻1天，待全部解冻后再分装。解冻过程中请不时摇匀（小心勿造成气泡），使血清成分和温度均匀，从而减少沉淀的产生 3. 切勿直接将血清从-15℃或更低温度进入37℃水浴解冻，这样因温度改变太大，容易造成蛋白质凝集而出现沉淀，从而使用血清的质量下降。 4. 血清中的絮状沉淀物主要是解冻后血清中纤维蛋白及4℃长时间保存后血清中的脂蛋白变性造成的，不会影响血清本身的质量，可不用处理，也可400×g离心5min去除。 应用范围： 细胞培养 Product introduction： The product is imported fetal bovine serum sub packaged. All raw materials of this product have undergone the preliminary inspection of bovine viral diarrhea (BVD), and the test results are an important basis for ensuring the best quality and product batch selection. This detection process is the uniqfeature of this product, which meets the needs of customers who have strict requirements on the virus content of raw materials. Matters needing attention： 1. the serum should be used up as soon as possible after thawing to avoid repeated freezing and thawing; If it cannot be used in a short time, please repack it properly after thawing. When the serum freezes, the volume will increase by about 10%. Therefore, a certain volume of space must be reserved for the sub bottle when the serum is sub packed, otherwise it is easy to cause the sub bottle to freeze and crack and cause pollution. 2. when thawing the serum, take it out of the low-temperature refrigerator at -15~-40 ℃ and put it into the refrigerator at 4 ℃ for thawing for 1 day, and then sub pack it after thawing.
