产品描述 HydraGreen?, 水溶液，无毒、非致癌且灵敏度和EB相当，在核酸电泳实验中用来替代EB，溶于水而不是溶于有毒的DMSO。 特 性 通过以下测试，均证明无致癌风险 1.艾姆斯测试；2.小鼠骨髓微核测试；3.染色体畸变测试；4.乳胶或腈类手套渗透测试。 灵敏度高：适用于各种大小片段的电泳染色，对核酸迁移的影响较小； 稳定性高：适用于使用微波或其它加热方法制备琼脂糖凝胶； 信噪比高：样品荧光信号强，背景信号低； 操作简单：在预制胶和电泳过程中不降解； 适用范围广：可选择电泳前染色（胶染法）或电泳后染色（泡染法）。
