产品介绍： 该产品采自 6 个月胎龄牛胚胎中的胎血，为浅黄色透明澄清的液体，稍粘稠。适用于娇贵细胞培养。 注意事项： 1. 如果不能短期内使用完毕，解冻后请适当分装。血清结冰时体积会增加约 10%，因此在分装血清时须使分装瓶预留一定体积空间，否则易导致分装瓶冻裂而发生污染； 2. 血清解冻后应尽快用完，尽量避免反复冻融； 3. 血清解冻的过程中请不时摇匀（小心勿造成气泡），使血清成分和温度均匀，从而减少沉淀的产生； 4. 切勿直接将血清从-18℃或更低温度进入 37℃水浴解冻，这样因温度改变太大，容易造成蛋白质凝集而出现沉淀，从而使用血清的质量下降。 应用范围： 细胞培养 Product introduction： The product is collected from the fetal blood of 6-month-old bovine embrYOs, which is light yellow, transparent and clear liquid, slightly viscous. Therefore, a certain volume of space must be reserved for the sub bottle when the serum is sub packed, otherwise it is easy to cause the sub bottle to freeze and crack and cause pollution; 2. the serum should be used up as soon as possible after thawing to avoid repeated freezing and thawing; 3. during the thawing process of serum, please shake it well from time to time (be careful not to cause bubbles), so that the serum composition and temperature are uniform, so as to reduce the generation of precipitation; 4. do not directly enter the serum from -18 ℃ or lower temperature into 37 ℃ water bath to thaw, because the temperature change is too large, it is easy to cause protein agglutination and precipitation, thus the quality of the used serum will be reduced.
