GM-CSF是各种祖细胞体外菌落形成的生长因子。除粒细胞巨噬细胞祖细胞外，GM-CSF还是红细胞，巨核细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞祖细胞的生长因子。在成熟的造血细胞上，GM-CSF是粒细胞，单核细胞/巨噬细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞的存活因子，并激活其效应功能。它可以诱导人内皮细胞迁移和增殖。另外，GM-CSF还可以刺激许多肿瘤细胞系的增殖，包括成骨肉瘤，癌和腺癌瘤细胞系。 Product Describtion: GM-CSF is a hematopoietic growth factor that stimulates the development of neutrophils and macrophages, and promotes the proliferation and development of early erythroid megakaryocytic and eosinophilic progenitor cells. It is produced in endothelial cells, monocytes, fibroblasts and T-lymphocytes. GM-CSF inhibits neutrophil migration and enhances the functional activity of the mature end-cells. The human and murine molecules are species-specific and exhibit no cross-species reactivity. Recombinant Human GM-CSF is a 14.6 kDa globular protein consisting of 128 amino acids, containing two intramolecular disulfide bonds and two potential N-linked glycosylation sites. Initially reconstitute in water to 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. Store at 2°C to 8°C for up to 1 week or prepare for extended storage. After initial reconstitution, further dilute in a buffer containing a carrier protein or stabilizer (e.g. 0.1% BSA). Store working aliquots at -20?C to -80?C. Accession Number: P04141 |
