易吸湿。极易溶于水,100℃时溶解度103.3g/100ml水。60%水溶液的pH为6.5~7.0。不溶于醇、醚,微溶于丙酮。加热至150℃则分解形成亚硫酸铵、硫黄、氨、硫化氢及水。空气中十分不稳定,在氨气中稳定。感光工业用作照相定影剂,较钠盐更易溶解卤化银的乳膜,具有水洗时间短而银回收容易的优点,还用作镀银电镀浴的主要组分、金属表面的清净剂、铝镁金浇铸保护剂。在医药上用作杀菌剂、分析试剂。 |
