硅羟基磁珠 核酸分析是分子生物学，微生物学，临床检验，法医学等领域的重要分析手段，该产品的磁核材质为超顺磁四氧化三铁，利用二氧化硅壳层在一定条件下可以大量吸附核酸，而当条件改变时可以解吸附的原理，我们开发出磁响应迅速的硅醇基磁珠，以满足对核酸的快速分离纯化需要。如在进行全血基因组DNA提取时不需酚、氯仿抽提及离心分离，既可获得高纯度核酸（A260/280=1.7~1.9, A260/230=1.4~2.2），可直接用于下游的核酸分析。 核酸提取作为核酸分析的上游工作，是核酸分析的关键步骤。从复杂的生物样本中提取高质量，特别是痕量的核酸，是成功进行核酸分析的前提。
