一般描述
S40是基于单分散聚合物微球而开发的一款强阳离子交换介质,主要用于单抗的分离纯化.S40具有优异的耐压性能,适合单抗分子传质的孔结构,优异的亲水性等特点.另外单分散的粒径有效降低了柱压和传质阻碍.S40介质采用了"触角"表面衍生技术,不仅具有比传统介质更多的有效官能团数量,生物大分子可以更加有效地与介质的官能团结合,而且"触角"结构能够降低生物分子和介质基材质检的非特异性相互作用,从而提高目标分子的回收率.

S40 strong cation exchange media is produced with a combination of highly cross-linked PS/DVB based microsphere,advanced surface treatment technology and bonding technique.In addition to its high binding capacity and resolving power,it also has high rigidity and wide pH stability.It is most suitable for monoclonal/polyclonal antibodies or other protein purification and production from laboratory to industrial scale production processes.This material can be operated under harsh clean-in-place condition.
