一般描述
压力蒸汽灭菌化学指示卡是将热敏化学物质与显色剂及其辅料制成油墨,并将油墨印制在印有标准色块(灰黑色或黑色)的特殊卡纸上,显示指示色块(浅蓝色),由特殊卡纸,标准色块和指示色块组成.经过一个灭菌周期处理后,化学指示卡的指示色块由浅蓝色变成标准色块的灰黑色或黑色,可判定该次灭菌处理合格.
● 变色范围:在132℃饱和蒸汽条件下,作用3min,指示色块由浅蓝色变成标准色块的灰黑色或黑色
● 灭菌后的颜色不易褪色
● 用于132℃-136℃预真空或脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌器,台式或卡式等下排式压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果的监测
● 监测时,将化学指示卡置于标准试验包或物品包中心处或蒸汽最难到达的部位,放置时将化学指示卡用纱布或牛皮纸等包裹,以防指示卡受潮,影响准确性
● 有效期:自生产日期起24个月
● 贮存于避光,室温15℃~30℃和50%相对湿度,避免接触腐蚀性气体
Indicator cards is that the special heat-sensitive chemical dye and the color reagent and accessories be made of ink,and printing ink on the special card paper which is printed standard color blocks (dark gray or black),show instruction blocks of color (light bule).After a sterilization cycle,if the color of chemical indicator card turns black or dark grey from initial light blue,then the sterilization is done.
● Color change:Instruction color blocks will be changed from light bule to the standard color that is dark gray or black,under the conditions of saturated steam at 121℃ for 20min or 132℃ for 3min
● The color after sterilization will not fade
● It is used to monitor the sterilization effect of forevacuum or pulsation vacuum pressure steam sterilizer under 132℃-136℃,and downward displacement sterilizer（desktop or cassette type）
● Place the chemical indicator card in the center of standard test package or where it is most difficult for the steam to permeate.Wrap the chemical indicator card with gauze or kraft paper to avoid dampness and ensure accuracy
● Expiration Date:24 months since the date of production
● Keep it where ambient temperature is 15℃~30℃ and relative humidity is 50%,and keep it away from corrosive gas
