氟化桶是在在普通HDPE塑料瓶的制造过程中增加了一道氟化工艺用氟、氮混合气体在特殊吹塑设备上进行吹塑。经过氟化处理的HDPE（高密度聚乙烯）容器比未经过处理的在内壁上多了一层以PTFE（聚四氟乙烯）为主的物质，氟化层能够有效阻止瓶壁开裂和刺穿以及有机溶剂的渗透和产品的降解.同时垫片为PE垫片，也经过了氟化处理，更耐腐蚀，更有弹性，不漏液。

Fluorinated HDPE containers are plastic containers in the normal manufacturing process of increase of a fluorination process with fluorine, nitrogen gas mixture on the device in a particular blow molding. After fluorinated HDPE (high density polyethylene) than non-treated container inner wall with a layer of multi-PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) as the main material, the fluorinated layer can effectively prevent cracking and pierce the sidewall and an organic solvent penetration and degradation of product, while the PE spacer pads, but also through the fluorination process, more resistant to corrosion, more flexible, no leakage.
