环氧乙烷灭菌化学指示胶带将特殊染料与显色剂及其辅料制成油墨,以斜形条纹或其他形状印制在特制的胶纸上制成;在一定环氧乙烷气体浓度,温度和时间作用下,由红色变成绿色,表示物品包已经过环氧乙烷灭菌处理;灭菌后的颜色不易褪色.

● 可用于环氧乙烷灭菌包外化学监测;用于表达灭菌包是否已经过灭菌处理,适用于100%EO和EO/HCFC混合气体灭菌器
● 使用方法:截取适当长度的环氧乙烷灭菌化学指示胶带,黏贴于待灭菌物品包外,可直接观察变色情况,判断物品包是否通过环氧乙烷灭菌处理.
● 注意事项:环氧乙烷灭菌化学指示胶带仅用于环氧乙烷灭菌的化学监测,不能用于压力蒸汽,干热灭菌的化学监测
● 贮存于避光,室温15℃~30℃和50%相对湿度,避免接触腐蚀性气体
● 60摄氏度下放置8小时以上变色

EO Sterilization Indicator Tape is that the special heat-sensitive chemical dye and the color reagent and accessories be made of ink,in oblique stripes or other shapes printed on the special tape paper.In a certain EO gas concentration,temperature and time,if the color changed from red to green,it said the package has been sterilized by ethylene oxide,the color is not easy to fade after sterilization.
● Single-sided adhesive
● It is used for chemical monitoring of EO sterilization to check whether the item has been sterilized.It is suitable for 100%EO and EO/HCFC mixture gas sterilizer
● Paste the EO sterilization indicator tape of proper length on the package to be sterilized.Check if the package has been sterilized by observing the color change of the indicator tape.
● It is only used for chemical monitoring of EO sterilization,not for the chemical monitoring of steam or dry heat sterilization
● Keep it where ambient temperature is 15℃~30℃ and relative humidity is 50%,and keep it away from sunlight and corrosive gas
● At 60℃ and more than 8 hours,Color will be changed
● Expiration Date:24 months since the date of production
