D50 is from laboratory to industrial scale of low molecular heparin sodium design and development of separation and purification of a weak anion exchange medium.Based on a newly developed rigid macroporous hydrophilic polymer materials,on the basis of small molecules through a unique grafting technology and space orientation,construct of heparin sodium with high selectivity and high resolving power of an ideal ion exchange medium.Has a very low non-specific adsorption,show a perfect recovery and separation effect,its high Dynamic combination of Capacity(Dynamic Binding Capacity,DBC)can dprk-u.s.comparable to well-known manufacturers of medium.Narrow particle size distribution,rigid structure and the low back pressure to endow them with superior properties under high flow rate applications.
