一般描述
氮化硼坩埚是氮化硼粉末经过热压烧结成制品料块后根据客户所需尺寸规格加工而成。用于熔解铝，锌和其他合金冶炼，代替石墨坩埚。
●它有良好的耐热性、热稳定性、导热性、高温介电强度，是理想的散热材料和高温绝缘材料。
●氮化硼的化学稳定性好，能抵抗大部分熔融金属的浸蚀。
●它也有很好的自润滑性。氮化硼制品的硬度低，可进行机械加工，精度为1/100mm。
Boron nitride crucible is boron nitride powder after hot burning material forming products block according to the dimensions. Used for melting aluminum, zinc and other metal smelting, instead of graphite crucible.
●When it has good heat resistance, thermal stability, thermal conductivity, high dielectric strength, is the ideal materials and high temperature heat insulation material.
●Resistance to most of the molten metal erosion.
●It also has the very good self-lubrication. Boron nitride products hardness is low, can undertake mechanical processing, precision is 1/100 mm.
